1. Do you have questions before booking with Luvedup?

2. What if I don’t like the Premium or Deluxe package or want to upgrade after receiving all the information?

You have a 48-hour window to make any changes or request a refund. If no written request is received within that time, no refunds or changes will be allowed. Please only book if you have genuine intentions.

3. Can I request more than one travel guide per day?

Yes, of course! Additional travel guides are available for GBP 300 per day.

4. What’s included when I go to a nightclub, casino, restaurant, or any excursion?

When attending any social event, you are responsible for all costs incurred.

5. What are the ages of your travel guides?

Our travel guides are typically in their 20s and 30s. They are sophisticated, educated, passionate about meeting new people, and have a love for travel and adventure. All of our guides are African goddesses.

6. Do all travel guides speak English?

Yes, all of our travel guides are fluent in English.

7. What type of accommodation is provided?

Accommodation is entirely your choice, depending on your requirements and budget. Mombasa accommodation is included, but Nairobi is not at this stage.

8. Do you offer any deals?

Yes, we offer three ways to save on holidays with Luvedup. These offers cannot be combined:
• 10% off on your 4th booking when you book three times.
• 10% discount if you book for more than 7 days.
• Your 14th day is free if you book for more than 14 days.

9. How do I make a reservation?

• Visit our contact page to email or call us with your desired dates.
• We will confirm availability and provide instructions for making flight and hotel bookings.
• To secure your dates, full payment for a minimum of 3 days (£800 for Premium, £1600 for Deluxe) is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before travel.
• Please note: If payment is not received, there will be no booking and no refund.

10. Do you offer group bookings?

• For groups of 3-4, we offer a 10% discount for the entire group.
• For larger groups, please contact us for a custom quote.

11. Can I change my travel guide?

• Yes, after the initial 3 days of booking. If the travel guide wishes to terminate, you will be required to choose another guide.
• All our travel guides are fun-loving, and we strive to match you with someone who meets your tastes and needs.
• All guides are vetted and specially selected.

12. What do I need to know about the airport?

• You will fly to Nairobi or Mombasa.
• A passport is necessary.
• Your Luvedup travel guide will pick you up from the airport with a sign bearing your name.
• Currently, no visa is required to visit Kenya, but this may change, so obtaining an e-visa or meeting any visa requirements is your responsibility.

13. Are there additional costs?

• Everything is included except for your flight, accommodation, food, and any excursions you wish to take.
• Your travel guides will also act as your concierge.

14. How early should I book?

• The sooner, the better. All bookings require a minimum of 3 days.
• You can book even a few days before, but any booking made 7 days before travel must be paid in full.
• Please note: No refunds are given once all is agreed.

15. What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

• Full payment: £800 for Premium and £1,600 for Deluxe
• To secure your dates, a minimum payment of 3 days (£800) is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your flight.
• If you do not cancel within 48 hours of the initial payment, NO REFUND will be given.
• This policy ensures we cater to serious, discerning clients only. If unsure, please do not book.
• For group bookings, the same rules apply. Everyone must pay for a minimum of 3 days, with no refund after 48 hours of the initial payment.
• If groups are booking 7 days or less before travel, full payment will be required.

16. What is Kenya like?

From our experience, Kenya is a warm and amazing destination as long as you are sensible. You’ll also enjoy the added bonus of our travel guides. Kenya has abundant wildlife, sunny beaches, and a national park in the capital, Nairobi. The country offers diverse cultures and delicious cuisines. Additionally, the people are warm and friendly.

17. What is the best time of year to visit Kenya?

Kenya has an all-year-round tropical climate, so any time is a great time to visit!
